Grandpa Camp 2017 was another smashing success. The girls loved every moment; from playing with cousins, to silly games and lots of love from Grandma and Grandpa. This years theme was Grandpa Games so we focused on sports. After we checked in we did some physical contests; push up and sit up. Some of the kids were pretty entertaining with their push-up (if you can call them that). We played lots of games, did a treasure hunt, obstacle course, pickle-ball, foursquare, rockets, rope swing, zip line, water balloons, kick ball, leap frog, bean bag toss, bow shooting, cookie eating and tree climbing, guessing gars and the talent show. We played lots and had a great time.
This year for talents, Natalia jumped rope, Sienna showed off her Ninja moves and Estelle balanced on one foot. Dan and Heather and Family brought down the house again with their funny skits. Ridge shaved his head to look like grandpa and that had us all laughing. Lydia's dance move impressed everyone as well.
Sienna lost her tooth at Grandpa Camp. She was excited about that. The tooth Fairy even left her extra money. Natalia won a guessing jar this year. She really loved that. Estelle was finally big enough to just run around with the kids outside without an adult hovering around her.
Natalia favorite part of grandpa camp was shooting the rockets and the treasure hunt...and the zip line.
Estelle liked the zip line and the obstacle course.
Sienna's favorite memory was loosing her tooth, the obstacle courses and hanging out with all her cousins. She also liked the talent show and the monkey bridge. And also hanging out with Grandpa and Grandma. Love her.
